The Dell XPS 8930: The Best Standard PC
If you want a powerful all-around desktop, then the Dell XPS 8930. It boasts 256 gigabytes of SSD, two terabytes of SATA hard drive, and 16 gigabytes of RAM. It also has an 8th Gen Intel Core i7 and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050Ti, which isn’t beastly, but it’s still pretty good. To top it off, it has a beautiful and sleek black case that has many ports on both the front and the back.
PROS: Very powerful, beautiful case
CONS: Case could be prone to fingerprints, not a very advanced GPU
The Dell XPS 8940: A More Cheaper Version of the XPS 8930
If you like the XPS 8930 but cannot afford it, the Dell XPS 8940 will be a better fit. It’s well-rounded and far cheaper than the XPS 8930. It has one terabyte of HD, eight gigabytes of RAM, an Intel Core i7 CPU. It doesn’t exactly have a GPU; instead, it has an Intel UHD 630 Graphics, which is still pretty solid, but don’t expect it to run the more demanding games. It’s pretty compact and space-efficient, and it still has enough space for air to circulate more efficiently. The exterior design is also pretty nice.
PROS: Well-rounded, cheap price, space-efficient
CONS: Has a few weak areas, not as powerful as the XPS 8930
The HP Omen 30L: A Strong Choice for Gamers
If you want a powerful gaming PC and don’t mind digging deep into your wallet, then the HP Omen 30L is a great fit! It is an absolute powerhouse and can take pretty much anything you throw at it! If you want to save some money and get a cheaper version, you could configure it to your needs. The design is quite beautiful, too. However, there are no ports on the front, which isn’t that much of an issue, but still may be somewhat annoying.

The Acer Aspire TC-895: For People on a Budget
The Acer Aspire TC-895 is a better fit if you’re on a budget. It gives a solid performance and is valued really well. It has 512 gigabytes of SSD, twelve gigabytes of RAM, and even a 10th gen Intel Core processor. The only issue is that it doesn’t have a dedicated GPU.
PROS: Very cheap, valued well, solid performance
CONS: No dedicated GPU, pretty basic, won’t be able to handle more demanding games/applications
The Dell G5 5090: A Solid Mid-Range Gaming Desktop
If you cannot afford the crazy flagships yet can do better than those budget desktops, the Dell G5 5090 would be better. It’s a solid mid-range desktop that performs quite well for its price, and you can also configure it to fit your needs. It stretches from eight gigabytes of RAM with one terabyte of HD and 256 gigabytes of SSD all the way to 32 gigabytes of RAM and one terabyte of each HD and SSD. It even has a 10th gen Intel Core i5 processor. Overall it’s pretty good for a more casual gamer who doesn’t mind digging a little bit deeper into their pockets.

CONS: Somewhat basic, not the best with QHD/UHD
The Apple iMac M1: For those who Prefer Apple
If you prefer Apple over other operating systems, get yourself an iMac. Right now, the best seems to be the Apple iMac M1, which stands out from the other recent iMacs in their different colors. It has eight gigabytes of RAM, either 256 or 512 gigabytes of SSD, and a seven or eight-core GPU. It also has a 4.5K retina display, which is crazy considering how thin the iMac is. All in all, this is a great Mac that can be used for many purposes, like editing or general family use.

CONS: An iMac may not be everyone’s cup of tea
